Acting on the value of self-care

New workshop from myself and my colleagues at Constellations: "Acting on the value of self-care"

Sept 23 - Nov 18, 2021

In this workshop, we share our favorite tools and practices to promote well-being and resilience. Drawing from our article and the work of other contextual behavior scientists, over eight weeks together we will practice strategies for clarifying and committing to an overarching value of self-care. Meeting size is limited to 12 participants to ensure plenty of interaction opportunity.

This course provides 12 CEUs/3 Supervision CEUs.
